Hot Stamping

All Vinyl product prices include a one colour, one location Foil Hot Stamped imprint. The Hot Stamping Die is Extra….. the die is a metal plate with the entire imprint copy on it. Hot Stamping Die charge is a one-time charge providing no changes occur to the imprint on future orders, and also this Die must be used again within a 5 year period. 2023 Hot Stamping Die Charge is $65.00 for imprint up to 8 square inches. Hot stamping is recommended for vinyl products with a one colour, simple artwork.
Pantone (PMS) colour matching is not available for hot stamping.
Gradients or Haltones cannot be achieved with Hot Stamping Method.

Silk Screening

Silk Screening Process is required for orders with more than 2 Colours and can offer advantages over hot stamping. Silk Screening uses Ink rather than Foil and produces a sharper imprint, it also allows for a 2nd side imprint location. Silk Screening orders have overuns of 1 – 5% and will invoiced accordingly.
